help my pc game crash

right i am having a prob my pc game crash,freeze or cloase to desktop so for i can play one game with it not crashing

but bf1942 and others do crash

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) XP 2400+, MMX, 3DNow, ~2.0GHz
Memory: 768MB RAM
DirectX 9.0b
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600 256DDR ram
NVIDIA(R) nForce(TM) Audio

o and it not a heat prob my sys is about 30c and my cpu is about 43c going up and down i have a 400atx power and i thick that all you need to now

Its not the heat problem. Definately nothing to do with it. There could be an opengl problem coz i once had that kind of problem and fixed it by upgrading my opengl. I downloaded it at http://download.com

DirectX 9b is still beta, isn't it?
