What is Internet Explorer6SP1 and Internet tools

I have Internet Explorer6SP1 and Internet tools installed on my PC
When I go to add/remove programs and if I wont to remove it from my PC it wont alow me...onlu I can repair or add. I wonted to remove Internet Explorer6SP1 and Internet tools and than reinstall Internet Explorer6
Problem started...when I wont to open page ofline...it tells me Illigal Operation

Since Internet Explorer (IE) is an integral part of the Windows operating system, you cannot remove it completely. However, if it is giving you a specific problem, there are ways to fix the problem or alternatives to IE.

Can you post back with your operating system? You may be able to use the repair option.
