Bluetooth Adapter...that works
Can someone suggest a BlueTooth adapter that supports that 1.1 profiles and offers consistent performance? I'll consider all form factors...USB, PC-Card, Compact Flash......no SDIO.
My problem is I had purchased the Anycom USB-220 BlueTooth adapter several months back. The only reason I went for that particular model is because it's a Class 1 product so it's range is about 300ft. Originally I purchased it to use with my Socket BlueTooth GPS but am now also considering syncing my Ipaq via BlueTooth.
I've had nothing but PROBLEMS with the Anycom USB-220. There are times that I get an error message after booting up that the stack device coudln't be loaded. Other times, it seems everything is loaded, but then it doesn't pick up my GPS. Usually, I have to reboot 3 or 4 times before I can get a working connection. So any advice so I get unload this headache is GREATLY appreciated.
