MSI KT3 bios specs

Alright guys, my computer was becoming unstable recently, so I put my bios settings back to standard factory settings and it helped. my computer is running stable but at 1.25 ghz instead of 1.67. I would be very grateful if a few people could post their bios specs for me. It's been a while since I've messed with this stuff, I've tried searching these forums and others but no luck.

MSI KT3 Ultra
AMD Athlon XP 2000+
512 MB PC2100 Crucial RAM
nVidia GeForce 4 Ti 4400
Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer
Standard CD-ROM, Burner, Hard Drives, Floppy, PSU

I can't help with all the other setting but you cpu and memory setting need to be upped to 133/133 at least. This will clear up the problem with running at 1.2ghz
