Most times when I have a problem like this, I place the motherboard on an old phone book or something similar, padded and insulated. Install one stick of ram, a video card, CPU and heatsink-fan, connect the power supply and monitor and fire it up. No keyboard or drives are necessary. No video and no beeps at this point, and you probably have 1) dead ram, 2) dead CPU or 3) bad motherboard. Testing a non working system with just the bare essentials is important.
You can test the video card in a different system..or use a different video card in this dead system. No.. I did not read your other thread I don't think..but, do you know that the monitor is ok?..
