Kids GTA3: Vicy City worth the money?

Hi guys!

I'm a big fan of GTA3 for PC...I'm just curious, is it worth the money to go ahead and pick pu GTA3:Vice City as well or is it just more of the same type of thing?

If you give me the thumbs up, I'm headed out tonight to pick up a copy...

Thanks!
Mike

and acording to a recent report violent video games "make you sharper, according to a new study. Researchers at the University of Rochester found that young adults who regularly played action-based video games showed better visual skills than those who didn’t."

how can you go wrong?

i agree. grand theft auto vice city has brought me to a new level of jacking cars around my local neighborhood. i mean, i was small time, now i have motor cycles, cars, you name it. actually, if you like the first like i did, buy the 2nd. its worth it. i tried it on the ps2. nothing can compare to the pc graphics in my opinion. it got great reviews as well so i would go for it.

Plus it has a great soundtrack. All those great 80's hits. If your into that too. It's similar to GTA3 but with a little bit more. Better voice over and more things to do. Much better than the first IMO.

Well personally I thought the whole 80s theme was kind of boring. I also felt like the cars went a heck of alot slower, whats the fun in that?

If you have the money to burn, might not be bad, but I wouldnt worry too much about getting it over GTA.

I've noticed that the cars are a lot slower than in 3. So just go edit the handling.dat in your /data/ or whatever and set the cars the way you like em. There are some utils for tweaking the cars around also.

yeah its worth it, especially with the motorcycles...

and the ultimate Vice City Trainer... just spawn whatever with the punch of a button, invincibility, infinite ammo, the apache and just go to town and have a ...blast

too bad they don't have children or schools/school buses.. it would really make the game well rounded for those of us who are sick

it'll come in time.. maybe a mod..

buy it boy and get on that crotch rocket
