Gaming Counter-S still restarting comp

Grrrrrrrr!!!!
Ok, I'm playing Counter-Strike, and in several minutes my computer will just RESTART! (i'm a CS addict)
Specs
Cicero 2.4 Ghz
32 meg vid card S3G/KM400
256 DDR RAM

The technical support from future shop said it probably has something to do with windows, I got all the Windows XP updates (at least on the automatic update, any I HAVE TO GET?)

I did install CS when I first started the comp though, before I got all these updates, would this matter?

I know my video card sucks, and It sucks up about 30 of my RAM, not sure If this has anything to do with it,
about 3 times it has gone to a blue screen where it says
beginning dump of physical memory
(I have been able to play CS twice without it restarting...and the graphics are perfectly fine)

Also, one Thing that puzzled me, it seems if I play on Resolution, 800x600, I can play longer than in 640x680
(should I set my XP settings to anything)

I have been trying non-stop for a week now, It is really wearing me out, and I'd appreciate absolutely any help at all
*THANKS FOR READING AND FOR ANY POSTS*

If your playing 1.5 then its probably WinXPs fault. I've tried to get cs to work on a firends computer and under XP it wont use OpenGL unless you get a patch. If you use DirectX then is has a strange lag when you start. If you have a copy of Win98 i suggest you make a 98 partiton on your HD and play CS from there.

I've played CS 1.5 on a 64 mb ram 433 celeron with a i810 that uses system memory, under win98. It worked perfect so I dont think that the vudeo cards crashing your pc.

find out who makes your motherboard, and the model and you can determine what chipset you have. then we can go from there

I have seen the exact same results before during CS Lan games on a couple of our computers, but they were NT. We found ours to be an easily overlooked item, overheating problems. Thought you might want to check it out as another possible cause. Although I have seen the same program do it because of the other problems addressed here, so you are on the right track if its not overheating.

Gaming alright...

I got the sheet with all the specs on it
(by the way, I did a re-format, still didn't work)

Motherboard - KM400GA6734 (EMI shield)
Vid Card - Intergrated Video KM/400
RAM - PC2700 256 DDR
(know where I can get the driver for vid card?)

That's all I read off that would have to do with this
what would the chipset exactly be called?

My video card shares my ram, so it says I only have 226 RAM, I personally think It might have something to do with my video card. Or maybe it just can't run on this machine...
Are there any MAJOR win.xp updates I should get? I got all the ones from the auto update

*THANKS AGAIN*

Another thing...

One thing that did puzzle me, Is I was able to play UT2k3 without a crash, I think it minimized once but I pressed the wrong button and it screwed up then, but that was the only time
So maybe CS just can't run on this machine?

Hey I posted this in your last thread on this problem. It is probably your graphics card. I tried running America's Army: Operations on a 32mb graphics card and I had the same problem. Got a 9000 Pro 128 (now only about $75) and my problem went away
