Displacement Maps

Are they cool or what?

Man.......I gotta stop making high quality images....it's getting harder and harder to shrink, compress and make them forum happy while keeping a semi-decent smell of quality.

Cool.

Displacement maps do rock. Here's proof.

Sweet dude,

I like using them for things besides text, even if they are a blessing to type. I like using displacement maps to make images look how should I say "odd" in contrast to the image on top. Say for instance I use cloud render, duplicating the layer, sticking it on top then displacing itself with itself along with a blending mode.

Displacement maps are one of the best filters (IMO) since they are images manipulating other images.
