Text sizing messed up on IE

Hey Guys

I had a customer come in with some weird font size and background color. I'm attaching an image of it.

I looked in the display settings for like 30min and couldn't get it staightened out.

As in the picture the background is grey instead of white and the drop down menu boxes font is huge.

Can anyone give me a hand at getting it back to the normal font and background color?

This only happens on the internet while in Windows everything looks normal.

Thanks

Jim

Check the "View" menu from IE and see what size your text is set at. Default is "Medium".

Also, check "Tools", "Internet Options", and then the "Fonts" button from the "General" tab. Make sure they're "Latin based" and not set to some oddball font. I choose Arial.

Also, check the "Accessibility" button on the "General" tab. By default, everything should be unchecked.

argh Evil Rick Beat me to it.. cookies issues.. (lol) anyways the default background color can be changed by going into Internet Options on the "General" tab and clicking on colors and selecting "use windows colors" OR just manually entering the desired colors

Did you try in IE Tools/Internet Options? You will see two buttons, Font's and Colors.
