Steam is buggy, and a waste of valve's time. If they release CS 1.6 the normal way and do so for future, then I'll be a happy camper. If not, then I'll still be a happy camper. except I'll literally camp on 1.6 servers in protest.

THIS STEAM SUCKS!!!!
I can play CS fine (which I hate!) but I can't play DOD at all. It connects to the server screen but stops at "Verifying Resources" If I alt-tab (THE ONE GOOD thing about steam) and look at the steam monitor it says its suing 110 kb/s to update Day of Defeat!! Okay, so I sit here for how long? I can sometimes join a game , but 90% I can't. It just sits here "updating" itself. BS!
I really would like to know WTF it is downloading since its obviously not really updating anything.
I WANT TO PLAY DOD!!!!!

1.6 is really buggy. I tried it in beta, then again. It sucks! Back to 1.5 for me...

Valves screws up again. This time it's big, so don't feel bad if you are having problems with Steam. It should not have been released in this state, and possibly should never be released.

i think it was a great idea. Everything is comaptible, and in the same resolution. Now, you don't have to wait 40 minutes for it to update your CS server list, it now takes 2 seconds!
Some things are good/ but there are bugs.
