Still problems with TechIMO forums

I have since done a rebuild on my PC (for other problems) since my last lot of problems, but I still have them, so I know it must be something to do with my user name and these forums. The latest posts are never updated and I have to hit CTRL F5 on every page I goto. The top left box "Discussions" is never the latest, often im not shown on the active user list, The "view recent posts" is usually never there, I have the 2 boxes at the bottom of the screen for my username and password - even though im already logged in and private message heading doesn,t show up as it used to at the end of the forums topics list. At least I dont have to log in each time as I used to.
Oh and the attached picture is what I get if I hit F5 at any stage


I know its these forums as I use other forums and dont have these problems they even use VBulletin.
Is this something im gonna have to grin and bare with as I have for the last month or with this be fixed?

I've was having big probs here too which seem to have been fixed. But, you might look at your temp internet setting to "every visit to the page."

Also try logging out. This will zap your cookie which could be corrupt.

Don't worry I think I've gotten its once or twice...all I do is refresh it and its all better.
