Shuttle SN41G2 and ATI All-in-Wonder 9700 Pro Help Please!

I have a Shuttle SN41G2, with 2700+ AMD CPU and 512Mb Ram. Recently, I installed an ATI All-in-Wonder 9700 pro graphic card on it. However, I could not watch any TV or could hear any video with sound on it. I checked the card on another systems and it worked, but I can not get any TV reception on my computer, Video section works but can not hear any voice. I wonder whether Shuttle and ATI AIW 9700 are incompatible or there are other issues that I do not know. Would you please help me!
Many Thanks in advance

You need to plug in your television coax cable into your ATI AIW. Then you need to take the cable on the very right(click on the link) stick it in the s-video out. Then take the 1/8th inch plug and put it in your microphone input on your sound card or on board sound.

Make sure nothing is muted in windows sound mixer. that would be my first guess. Second would be the audio card/drivers. How about mobo chipset drivers-they up to date. Trying to cover all the bases -least what I can think of anyhow. LOL.

Brian/John (?? ),

Thank you for choosing ResellerRatings for your question. As you can see, our community is more than happy to offer support. However, we don't allow double posts. I have merged the two threads into the Technical Support section.

Dauss, don't the AIW cards have internal jumpers to attach to the internal ports of soundcard/on-board sound chips? That's how I hooked my last one up.

Thanks again, and welcome to ResellerRatings/TechIMO.

Hmm, which AIW card do you have? I just followed the instructions from the ATI TV program. I've got an audigy 2 in my computer and a few extra cables. How does it hook up?
