Trying to make a arc in photoshop?

Hi Iam trying to make a rainbow shape can I make rectangle and pull it into a arc by somehow grabing it in the middle?

ummmm, why not just make 2 circles?

hmmm maybe that isnt the best way, i am sure there is some way to make rainbows in photoshop, just thinking that is one solution

6'four is right. That's probably the easiest way to go.

If you're up for it, I'd recommend using the pen tool. Make an arc., duplicate and enlarge one of them, connect their bases together.

What I am trying to do is make a rail at the end of each page of my site and have my sponsors banners hanging from the rail like you see at comps. So the arc needs to look more like this only fit across the page at like 700px or somthing. Can that be done?

why not just create a single circle then???

I'm still tryin' to figure out how to make an arc with the pen tool...I can't get the darn thing to curve!

Yes like that did you use the above image? If so did you change the size? Can you add layers to that?

all i did to that was select all, change image size, take off the proportional sizing, and made it 700 pixels wide. do you want me to add layers or you can just do the rest yourself
