Kids What is this chip???????

got holp of a compaq evo pc with an ....
Genuineintel x86 family 15 model stepping 2
Any ideas on the speed of the chip????

Regarding the Family 15...

The fact that there is no model is normal and the stepping doesn't really help in determining the speed.
