Windows XP Reboots

I have a Windows XP home edition installed on my new PC and when I use internet explorer or kazaa my PC reboots.

There must be something that both apps use thats common that is using whatever is at fault but I don't know what.

I can use mozilla to get on the net and that works okay and my general internt connection is fine.

Its something in both those apps that is causing the PC to blow its top.

Any ideas? help..............

you can try to uninstall and reinstall IE from add/remove windows components in control panel
