Kids Hibernation.

Can anyone explain how hibernation in windows XP works? Where windows stores the informations and how...? Thanks.

Windows stores the info in a file called hiberfil.sys on your hardrive. The file will be the same size as the amount of RAM in your system, becauase windows takes what is in your RAM and places it on your HD, then when you reboot puts it back in RAM.
