speakers scream the computer freezes help!!

plz help my speakers make a screaming noise then the system crashes sent it to pc world and they couldnt find anything wrong but its still doing it they upgraded ram while they had it and run virus scans ...
any ideas what could be wrong ?? could it be my network card

Can you post the specs on your computer?? ie: make, model, onboard sound or separate sound card, etc.
