Hi, my hp 618 does not turn on anymore. I tryed new batteries, power AC 9v, took the memorycard out...it's just dead. (nooo, the camera dit not fall or anything else) I think it's a software problem but what can I do?
I doubt it's a software problem if it won't power up. You've already eliminated the batteries and adaptor. Something is not making the proper connection to power up. I'd take it to an official HP dealer and hope for the best. Good luck!
