Systems Unlocking voltage on U8568 Pro mobo? :(

Hey!
Well, heres the prob, i got a BiostarU8568 Pro mobo, and it comes with warpspeeder, biostars utility for overclocking.
Well, my cpu is set at its default core voltage, which is 1.52 (its a P4 Northwood 2.4C, 533mhz FSB - 133X18.0), and at this voltage i canonly run it stable up to 2.7ghz, anything higher will immediately cause the computer to reset (as secirty standard from biostar...). Well, as the voltage/frequency controllers are inboud (as i said, warpseeder), id like to up the voltage, but on warpseeder, the voltage button (where youd adjust voltage) is greyed out, not allowing me to up the voltages . My Memory voltage is ok, as in the mobo manual it says that its automatically adjusted to 2.5v no matter what, ive got 2X 256 DDR333 ram...
Is there a jumper setting or somthing i gotta make to unlock voltages?
Please help...im kinda desperate as all of hell is breaking loose overclocking my p4 to 2.7, when i hear people saying they are overclocking em to 3.6 no sweat!
O, and something im kinda curious about:
overall, which are better overclockers: AMD or Intel?

I looked around for some information, but not much exists

There is no place in the BIOS to adjust voltage?

There is no voltage jumper documented in your manual, but maybe on the motherobard there is an "Overvolt" jumper somehwere near the processor. (If you can read the small text next to the jumpers, you might find one that isn't in the manual)

Otherwise, maybe the voltage is locked in that motherboard. :-(

Intel imo is better for overclocking and the C core has 800 MHz FSB.

a 2.4 C on a 533 Mhz MOBO would be clocked down I imagine.

Yah, id guess so too...
Well, CPU-ID tells me according to that screen ^^^^^ that my core model is C..Maybe im running it clocked down on this board..
Anyone can be sure about this???
Thanks!
