Did you just add the Video card, or has it been in the system?

the whole computer has been going well for a year and then it started rebooting when it wanted to and then it wouldn't get past the xp screen and then it would boot again and keep going in circles.it won't boot the hard drive or the screen now!

Do you have working components that you can swap out?

RAM and Video card sound like they could be culprits if the Mobo isn't.

About a year? If you added some stuff, don't rule out a failing power supply. If it is a generic rated at 300W or less, might be the problem.
