local settings missing

[waynezo]

an error report referred me to C:\documents and settings\waynezo\local settings\temp etc, but there is no folder for local settings or temp. why can't i see these folders?

My system,
Athlon xp2400 cpu
Gigabyte GA-7vaxp mb with promise onboard raid controller
Kingston value ram 512ddr pc3200 400mhz
Dual 80gig maxtor hd's 7200rpm ata 133 raid 0
Artec 16X DVD-ROM

It's because it's a hidden folder and explorer isn't showing it to you by default. In explorer go to tools - options - view - and check "show hidden files and folders" and you'll see it just fine.
