Jedi Academy - Can't play mutiplayer

I just bought Jedi Academy 20 minutes ago since it was already discounted =D

Anyways, whenever i try and join a server in mutiplayer mode, it says invalid game folder, what's this mean?

I went to google and searched for "jedi academy multiplayer invalid game folder" and then I found this one website with a bunch of star wars stuff. This is news that they posted:

a bunch of people on the forums have informed us of what appears to be a somewhat common error occuring in multiplayer games: "Invalid Game Folder".

we've been informed that this is due to a problem found only in illegal copies of jedi academy, and can occur for both servers and clients. if you're completely legit, then it's the server's problem. they suck and should be dragged into the streets and shot. if YOU stole the game, then stop being such a freeloading loser and go buy it.

I don't have the game, but I just searched and this is what I found. I'm not implying anything here, I'm just presenting information that I found.

Theres another game ive played occurs the same problem. I think the game was trying to find the correct folder directory, so that it will be able to run the multiplayer. Maybe the folder has been removed or renamed or never there

When i start the game in multiplayer mod then i select solo game or create game,then i play game about 2-3 minutes and then game back me to main menu with error message:CL_ParsePacketEnteties.Can anybody help me to slove this problem.E-mail me on: herbes@mt.net.mk

install at the folder the game suggested, was my problem, till the reinstall everything works fine!

To the one with the CL_parseentites etc. etc.,
Get the update via www.lucasarts.com, go to support and get the update, run that, and it should be good

yeah, that's true, if YOU bought it then it's the server's problem and move on to a different one, as for if you stole it, then you need to find a new server, i know this b/c i am one of them
