Hey I'm on my french teachers computer...How do you change like the font to anglais (english :0) Like the back button so that underneath it will say Back instead of Precendente :0) TY Need this soon plz ty
If you're talking about windoze, changing the locale of the system will only set time, keyboard, decimal points, currency symbols and stuff like that. For language itself you have to buy and install the appropriate version of windows.

Because you already have IE6 installed on XP, it will not let you install it unless you do the following as described here and make the changes in the registry.
After doing so, download an English version of IE here
