Connecting a PS2 adapter to my computer??

I have a wireless ISP (meaning the signal comes to the antenna, through a cable, and into a Cisco PCI card), and my motherboard has an onboard NIC that came on it. Is there any way to get the adapter to work with my computer, and what kind of equipment would I need to get? Thanks in advance for helping a networking newbie.

what do you want to hook up via PS/2 as far as I know only mice and keyboards are able to function as ps/2 devices. You can get adapters that will let you plug a usb mouse into a ps/2 port or the other way around and same with serial mice i believe. Im not really sure what that would have to do with networking though.

If I understand you corectly you wan't to hook up your ps2 to your computer to play on line. Now when I go back to school next month I will also be doing this by installing a second nic in my computer, then hook it up to the ps2(I can't remember if you need a crossovercable or a straight through)I will pobaly be hooking the 2nd nic up to a hub then to the ps2 incase I want to hook something else up(like xbox live and ps2).now another thing I am doing right now is my internet is hooked up to a router which is in one room wired to the tv/computer room and I have a hub on that with goes to the computer and ps2. One last thing, I think for that first set up I said you might need win xp but you probbaly dont need it.

if that nic is open you may be able to use it .I am no computer genious but others may be able to fill in what mistaked I have made
