Do you like OpenGL or Direct3D?

Which do you like better? I always see people saying they think OpenGL is better but I want to get an actual statistic here.

Put an answer based on anything. Even something as stupid as "MS is gay" or "GL sucks".

MS is gay. That's got nothing to do with my choice here. I just wanted to say that.

OpenGL is better. Although D3D keeps getting better, OpenGL is still superior.

true, with opengl you get a better render than with d3d, u can see it very clearly even wid the best of cards... like in counterstrike, the graphis are more rounded in opengl, and u usually run d3d if your card doesnt support opengl :/

AFAIK, the people at MS lead normal hertosexual lifestyles. That said, OGL is better.

Glide>OpenGL>Direct3d

I know, I know.

But it was very fast back in it's heyday. And it came pretty close to dominating the gaming industry as the API of choice. The graphics were smooth and nice looking, too.
