Computer restarts after post

I just bought a new motherboard, cpu, memory, and video card.

Motherboard-Asus P4s800
CPU-Intel P4 2.4Ghz 800FSB
Memory-Centon 512MB PC2700 DDR
Video Card-PNY GeForce FX 5200 Ultra 128MB DDR

Running Windows XP Pro

I installed everything and it runs the bios and everything, Then it says Windows didn't load properly and asks to start windows normally or in safe mode etc.. It doesn't matter what you pick, safe mode or normal, as soon as you hit enter it just restarts. It does the same thing over and over. I put my old motherboard, cpu, memory and video card back in and its fine, So I know it has nothing to do with my hard drives or windows. Can anyone Help?

Wrong, you can't just trade mobos'. You're going to either have to try and get rid of all the chipset stuff in Device Manager or reinstall XP.

It would be nice to just be able to take one out and put a new one in, but it's not that easy.

If you wanna save yourself future headaches, just reinstall XP.
