You would need to rewire the fan so that the leads are switched around, or find a way to plug it in backwards. I think. Right electro-gurus (always worked for me with battery fans).
If it's a molex fan, it's not too hard since the wires are thicker. The two pin motherboard header fans would be a bit trickier. But basically you're just cutting the leads off, stripping the wires, and reattaching them backwards (red to yellow and yellow to red). Make sense?
