I have Windows XP but I have no FrontPage. I use to have Namo Webeditor and I liked it alot but im not paying for a copy. And Hotdog is a piece of ****. So you any of you know of a good Web Editor I can download?

Macromedia has one that you can download 30 day trial though. I think the webeditor is dreamweaver.

You're looking for a What You See Is What You Get editor? Look for First Page 2000. I think it's free. Does a good job of being like FrontPage if I recall correctly.

Otherwise if you're just looking for a text editor with things like line numbering and auto-tabbing, I use EditPad Lite. Very nice replacement for Notepad with a low footprint.

Well, First Page 2000 downloads have been down for who know's how long but, I still have a copy of it. If you would like me to email you a copy of it I would gladly do so or I will put it up on my http. Other than that it is a good WYSIWYG program.

First Page 2000 hasn't been updated in a loooooong time. I'd recommend trying HTML KIT. You can read about it here:

I'm not a web developer by any means (I can hardly dress myself - let alone design something) but it's a nice tool and it's free.

Scott thanks for the help. HTML-Kit was the past out of the ones above that I could get. I like it more then Namo.
