Video RAM: Good or bad?

Pulled my card that way I could see the numbers on the ram.

Samsung 313
K4D26323RA GC2A
WFB289FC Korea

This good ram? Oh yeah, this is a Radeon 9700NP.

I agree w/ out.
As far as the ram, samsung makes some good ram overall. I took the heat sinks off my mushkin (overpriced, but good) RAM and found it to be samsung.

That's why Sapphire cards are highly sought after - the Samsung RAM on them is tuned for OC'ing.

I'm glad to see that samsung modules are so good. what i am really interested in is the nanosecond rating. it wasnt listed anywhere on the card, box, or site purchased from.
