Hi Madfish,
Correct me if I am wrong on this or anyone else for that matter but the file path of that doesn't look right to me. it is typed up as
C:\WINDOWS/rundll32.exe.
shouldn't the slash after the windows be going the other direction????
As I said, correct me if I am wrong.

oh okay,
Well I would do is use the find files feature and type in rundll32.exe and see if its in the computer, if its not in there, I would run SFC and extract the file you need from windows and get it put back into the windows directory. My computer running 98se and i have this file and also one called rundll.exe.
I would try that first, unless someone else has a better suggestion. If the file path is infact wrong in the computer I am not sure how to change that, Just wanted to clear up the file path question first.
Sorry in advance if I am not helping any. I get reluctant about helping often times.

Did you restart and try again....if a recent program crashed there could have been two instances of rundll32.exe in memory. Still no go? Search that location and see of the file is there..if not maybe look under c:\windows\system or c:\windows\system32...if found try making a copy of the file in dos mode to c:\windows

cadetstimp,
That is an intersting post you made, Altho I am wondering about the directory the files are suppose to be in as both of my files are in the C:\Windows\rundll32.exe path. Not in the system folder.
Input pls?

Hmm Ok, I can't restart right now with it as I got some FTP uploads on and it will be a while and I really don't want to break them off.

That is a system file, you can replace it with System File Checker.
