Dxdiag not detecting system components+bad performance in games

So,I begin with my specs: P4 1.4 GHz ,512 SDRAM, Geforce 4 Ti 4200 , Asus BW7(Intel) motherboard, 40 Gb HDD,DX9.0b.

It seems that dxdiag doesnt detect some components: System Manufacturer,System Model and BIOS.
They have n/a next to them.
It doesnt detect my video card chip type and DAC type either.
I cant enable AGP texture acceleration.

I have formatted my hard drive, reinstalled drivers for everything, used different versions of DirectX.
Fps is bad even in old games,15 fps at low settings.

Any help on correcting the problem would be nice.

Thanks!

Send a message via AIM to rpertusio
Have you tried the latest bios ?

(I assume you meant the "Abit BW7" and not "Asus")

And, you're using the latest drivers too?
