Kill.Switch coming for PC, right?

Has anyone heard a game called Kill.Switch? Its a shooting up game, a bit like Halo though. Although, i just think it is Never played it. I was watching tv and the host was previewing this game. I heard something like, its coming out for PC. Its a very good shooting game ever yet, where you can stick your hand out shooting from your hiding place. You can also stick your head out too, peeping....without sticking your whole body out to your enemy
Loads of devastating military weapons, especially our snipers ) machine guns...etc..
Do not underestimate its AI because computer opponent is so so very intelligent, life like human. The computer actually copy your movement and skills while shooting. The graphics are so very incredible, life like, the atmosphere, shooting are very realistic. This game has come up with something really cool.

p/s: any comments about the title, coz i think it could be wrong. But im sure its called Kill.Switch, for PC. Or was it for...X-Box or PS2...
