I'm looking for a good PS that is around 400w and super quiet. Also, if it has dual fans will that hot air being blown down into my case affect my processor?
Well designed PSUs have the fans bloing out of the case and help cooling overall. Enermax is my favorite. They are quiet, have dual fans and a superb reputation.
On the dual fan PSUs I've seen, the bottom fan sucks hot air away from the CPU.
I'm using a Thermaltake Silentpure 420W. It's extremely quiet, although cooling ability is only marginal. I ended up installing two quiet case fans to help out.
