If anyone is interested, I came across a nice free accounting/POS package for Linux called Quasar. I was looking for a Linux alternative for Quickbooks, and this seems to have more than met the requirements. It even comes in a RPM.

Yes, and there is documentation showing you how to change locales from the standard US or Canadian. It was very easy for me to setup one for UK.
The more I use Linux, the less need I see for Winblows

..just for a gaming platform for now
