anyone got a pic of the retail HSF that comes with amd XP processors

i want to see what these things look like...especially as far as the clips go. i want to see if they are as tough to get on as HSF that i normally use on AMD CPUs

ive use the stock HS/fan for a few athlon XP systems and i thought they were quite easy to put on. with 3 notches it makes it even easier. then again, its always nice to put the HS on when you have the system board out. damn transistors.

That is the older ones. The newer ones have green fans and tiny fin technology Much better, maybe someone can hook you up with some pics?

Thats the one with the XPs??? that looks like the one ive used with my durons and athalons....and those are hard as hell to get on. you gotta risk cacking your board with a screwdriver

i hope someone has one it cant be as easy as the P4 HSF. im just hoping its easier than those old ones

yea but the rig this for is for a friend and he is trying to save money so he wants to go with the retail CPU. CPU+HSF 2 birds with 1 stone.
