DC .4 released tonight!

Desert Combat .4 was released tonight rather than Monday. It is available at Fileplanet so far. I checked gamershell and its not there as of right now.


DC .4 is a Battlfield 1942 MOD and it is 573MB.........beware you dial-up guys

I found that the subscriber servers were so hammered it was actually faster to wait in line for the download to start and then get it at 200k than it was to start immediately and get it at 10k..

its next to impossible to download it anywhere, all listed mirrors are full or leaking 1k a sec.

but i found a mirror thats running along niceley dling as i type the full mod .

been playing it for a week...i like it. I wish there were more maps like Basarahs Edge....definetly need mroe street combat.

Did it make the meshes bigger or bulkier or something because it seems a bit more crowded graphically to me. I run at 1280x960x32 and it just seems different, like a bit more cluttered.
