Geforce4 MX 460 Twinview Problem

Hi all, im new to this forum so i hope i do nothing wrong!

I'm having a problem with a Geforce 4 Mx 460 on a Sony Vaio desktop machine with XP Home edition installed. The problem is that when i activate the twinview option of the driver (i already downloaded the latest nvidia drivers) i can just get a clone of my actual computer desktop on my tv screen! The thing is i dont want a clone but i want XP to recognize my tv set as a separate screen. I have another computer with XP Pro and radeon card installed and there is no problem there!

Is it maybe because of Xp Home edition, or might this be an issue of the graphics driver? Is there any way to get around this problem???

XP home does that no problem, provided the graphics card can. Do you get separate screens offered in Display Properties? No? Then it might very well be that your graphics card has been designed that way.

Well... I really NEVER use the Twinview software to watch the desktop on my TV-Screen (to watch movies or play games).
I use a software called TVTool.
