How do I turn off password?

I have Windows XP with SP1 and when the screen save goes on and I move the mouse, a password screen is there requesting a password to unlock.I haven't a password set up and all I do is click OK and it goes away. How do I stop that password screen frorm appearing again?It is annoying.Thanks tbt

The little box under the screen saver selection box isn't checked as "password protected" is it?

right click on desktop, click propertise, screen saver, then unclick the option to use password
