Scart connection to PC

I've seen lots of television/RCA inputs but is there anyway to connect a SCART to your computer ,

I want to be able to connect my VCR/Playstation etc etc etc
even better would if there is any device that would let me connect just the monitor not the rest of the PC.

I have a scart adapter that allows me to connect my tv out to a tv/video.

it is scart on one end and two rca plugs on the other one for audio and the other for video.

Never tried to use it to input from scart to pc but cant imagine it being that different.

Does it connect directly to the PC with a PCI card ?
thats what i'm really looking for . A card with SCART

I don't think there's a card with scart input.
I also have a scart->6rca cable. The scart end goes to whatever, and the rca ends go to the computer.
It cost the same as a regular scart->scart cable, so you might want to get that. I've used it to both, capture and playback.
