molex extension question

I have a case w/ 4 drives that use the large connector and only 3 leads. Do they make a "y" type of connection for this? Or a converter to make one of the other connectors (like the extra one some motherboards use) w/ a molex end on it?

Where would I get one. I looked on svc and newegg, but since I have no idea what to call it, I can't find it.

Thanks!
Jme

They do make them, best thing to do would be to check your local radio shack or Compusa. Shouldnt be hard to find. I would search for power Y or something. I will go check and post results.

Found it!

Search newegg for 11W3-01208

We don't have anything local. Our radio shack is lame, so nothing computer-wise theere besides the basics. I'm getting ready to put an order in at newegg, so I was hoping to tack it on to that order. Thanks for the help SJ

PERFECT!!!! Thanks for the help, I'm ordering now.

There should be a way for us to recycle some of these old power supply leads we have...as in from all the MicroATX supplies that die, lol.

In other words if they just sold a female molex plug and there was an easy way to hook it up we could all make some nice "y" connectors etc.
