Goodbye SOE
This company is disgusting.
Their ethics are Disgusting.
Customer Service is Pathetic.
Quality Assurance is Revolting.
Paying for beta quality is a dishonorable tactic.
Advertizing in a PAY TO PLAY game is f*cking sickening.
SOE is low. I think they are possibly THE worst gaming company on the planet. Their tactics for business are just low and cheap. They are just using Planetside as a milker for other productions.
Using whats left of the Planetside fanbase to suck as much money out of the dying game as they can before it turns into Vaporware.
They lie blatantly then cover it up. They sell you expansions too early, before they've even perfected their "retail" product. Putting all the things they were supposed to include in the retail product in the "expansion patch" **cough**pack**cough**. We payed for patches and bugs to fix the bugs created by patches, new content is given so we believe thats what we are paying for.
Sony itself is a good company that makes many good products. SOE on the other hand is a minion of Satan, an associate of M$ practices. A repulsive, money sucking company that has little to no quality control and assurance that just put 1/2assed products on the market to make in cash in the short term. They have no long term goals of customer satisfaction or they wouldnt have and do practices that they do.
I'm sorry Sony Online Entertainment, you have ruined the taste of my First Massively Multiplayer Online Experience. You've made me believe that a company can sink to lows and just rake in money for 3/4 complete products, make your customers pay to fix them, rather than let the customer pay for content.
Your practices will sink your gaming company into the dirt. The only thing you have going keeping you afloat is your Everquest franchise. If you never came out with that game and/or similar ones you'd probably already be a forum history lesson. Suck it up while you can, your products are not worth their weight in my american gold.
