Ok, what is the most "user friendly" distro for a longtime Windows user to start with?

SuSE is a great newbie friendly distro, but you either have to purchase a boxed set, get it via FTP install, or get a copy from a friend.

I'd say Red Hat 9 is a friendly distro so my vote goes to Red Hat.

I have no opinion as I have yet to make the leap into Linux
