Inter-Office Instant Messaging Software

Is there any good Inter-Office Instant Messaging Software that I can use on my network? I don't want to use Yahoo, MSN or AOL because of possible security issue or because employee would then use it to chat with people not in the workplace.

Any suggestions?

Win2K for my server, and a mix of 98 and 2K clients.

Nullsoft released Wasted a while back and AOL promptly pulled the plug on it. It was supposed to be a very secure p2p / IM client for LANs and WANs (maybe) i managed to find someone who had the install files on their server, it may be worth giving a shot... i jsut googled for "Nullsoft Waste" and managed to find it.
