Router/ADSL modem in one problem.

Hey all, i've got a few questions i'd like some help with
Firstly we've just got Broad Band well where waiting for it to be connected within 10days, the thing is as we've networked the computers we bought a ADSL modem router instead of using 2 seperate, the broblem is how do i know when BB is ready to use? And secondly will i have to set up an ISP or sometyhing manually? I know these are stupid questions but for some reason i just cant seem to get my head round this. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance.

Depending on your provider, they should let you know when it's ready. When it is, they should either send you a kit, or if you opted for them to come and connect it for you.

Once it's connected, you should just be able to go by your modem/routers setup manual. Which one is it btw?

What is the model # of the router so we can check the specs? We are not mind readers.

The manufacturer is Aceex.

http://www.aceex.com.tw/test1/product/ar412c.htm

I would download the manual from the link above. It appears this would replace your existing modem. It has 4 LAN ports on it. You would plug each of your pc's into those ports. The modem has a DHCP server built in, so it will assign IP addresses to your pc's. The modem should be configured as a Router, not a bridge. Looks to be pretty straight forward.
