Red Hat Network will not respond to my cancelation

What do I do? Does the account automatically expire when the one year suscription is over? I don't want it to renew and pay more money. I sent two emails with no response in about a month. What kind of service is this? Any got some advice for me? Thanks.

I wouldnt think they could renew that without your permission.You would have to go through a renewal procedure authorizing them to access your credit card or checking account to sign up for another year.
