star wars galaxies bunk!

First they tell me its my computer then its my router and I need to fix it. Thats what I get from techsupport from Sony Online and I say ok ill try what they tell me, because he said he would email me. Three reps later I get an email with a bunch of second grade troubleshooting which I had already told them I did. So after about 2 hours on the phone of them blaming my router apparently they fixed there lousy server and didnt even give me an im sorry.

Why am i posting this?

To warn anyone about the service they will get with this game Great game don't get me wrong but service is swirling down the toilet.

Yeah, well...welcome to the boat Rockpile!

I had a dickens of a time getting the cable to work on the lady across my street and spent a good 30 minutes going through a bunch of low level garbage only to be told to see if we can get it to complete the sign up in a few days and call back if it doesn't.

What?! I order something that is available now, I want to be hooked up NOW!

Well, needless to say, after booting into safemode with networking support, we got her service up and running without a hitch..5 minutes of typing and screens and we were done.

Why the hell the guy didn't ask me what OS I was using, and to try safe mode with networking support I don't know...considering nothing else was working!

I didn't even bother to call back and tell them the solution...let the dummies figure it out on their own.
