GeForce 3 Video Card Problems?

Hello,

I own a Gainward GeForce 3 Ti200 64MB video card which i bought last year. After reformatting, when i install my video card's driver, i get the error message, "The driver fro the display device was unable to complete a drawing operation. Please Check with the device manufacturer for driver update.... Please Tell Microsoft: The display driver for NVidia GeForce 3 Ti 200 seems to be responsible for your system instability." Then the computer would auto reboot after a couple of seconds. Therefore i uninstalled the driver and restarted my computer. Then the windows version of my vid card driver installed automatically. It seemd to work fine. I therefore was able to have enough time to go to the Gainward site and install its update. However, my problem reappeared with the message above and also the message that there was a system failure. I called up Gainward and they think it has something to do with my Asus A7V333 driver, but I cannot find an update for it. Anyone know what i should do. Is my video card bad or is it actually the motherboard or is it just the driver software?

Thanks
Michael

ASUS doen't carry drivers for your motherboard!? are you positive, i would hunt for you, but my network is currently in an iron lung and not very mobile.

Make sure that asus tech has those drivers, search google if you have to, something like:

A7V333 driver, WindowsXP [or whatever OS you have]

Did you install the mobo's AGP driver?
Also, I use the unified nvidia drivers for all my nvidia cards including the 2 Gainward GF3 cards I have (64 and 128 MB) and have no problems.
I did a search on google, came up with alot of results indicating:

The driver for the display device got stuck in an infinite loop. This usually indicates a problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly. Please check with your display device vendor for any driver updates.

There is a driver but there is no update for it. When i go to the site, the driver is for all windows except Windows XP... i don't know if that means anything. Also I now get problems in which the mouse cursor stops moving, but the mouse can still movie. I can see it highlighting things. Is that point to anything.
