Windows update problem

Every time I try to update my windows 98 I get this error message 0x8007001F. I have an ATI Rage IIC agp video card. I think that might be the problem but not sure. Does anyone have a solution..besides get a new video card.

Try this..

In your \Windows\System32 or \Windows\System folder,

Find these two files:
- iuctl.dll
- iuengine.dll

Rename them to something else (like iuctl.old, iuengine.old)

Now, try to update windows.

If that doesn't solve the issue, then rename them back (iuctl.dll, iuengine.dll)

Thanks will try on Monday and yes the update worked before. Any one else have any other suggestions? Would appreciate all input.
