56 pounds, what is that in american (or better yet, australian) dollars?? i think roughly 80-90us right?

hmm sata, no raid tho... wow 8 usb 2.0 ports thats impressive. onboard realtek ethernet...

never used one, but from the stats it looks to be a pretty sweet mobo. and shuttle has a decent rep.

looks to have all the support and xtras u need (minus firewire) for the newest p4's, intel chipset not bad (at least it isnt via!)

there is a soltek mobo on newegg.com for roughly that price, same chipsets etc ($93US), and an intel one the same, but then they jump to around $130 for the ones with firewire, integrated 6 channel audio etc

That works out to about $89.80 US. It seems like a nice board. Definately in my price range. What would be a good P4 CPU for it? (best price at the moment)

I have bought 3 Shuttle Athlon boards over the past 2 years and they have worked great. Stable and fired right up the first time.
