Kids Any REAL Mac experts around?

Okay, now, no thread-crapping, kiddies....

We all have our fun picking on them (and I'm always getting my 2 cents worth in), but I'm in the midst of trying to get a charity machine going and am hitting one little snag.

Anybody around here an expert at troubleshooting Macs, or, alternatively, know of a good message board to try to explain the problem and get a little help with it?

TIA,

Tom

Thanks, puk I've been looking around in both places, as well as on the Apple message boards themselves. Hopefully I'll find a solution.
